banana pineapple carrot cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup banana flour
- 1 tsp all spice
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Bi-carb soda
- 3 bananas (mashed)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 3 slices of pineapple (cubed)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs Mayvers super seed spread
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mash the banana, then combine the banana and all the remaining ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Line a bread tin with baking paper and spoon out the mixture.
Place in the oven to cook for approximately 45 minutes (or until cooked through).
Makes approximately 10 slices

Note: Serve warmed with hardened coconut oil & organic honey.
