nut butters

Salted Peanut butter:

- 2 cups Fresh roasted peanuts 

- 1 tsp pink salt

 

Almond Butter:

- 2 cups roasted almonds

 

Lemon Cashew butter:

- 2 cups raw cashews

- 2 tsp lemon rind

 

Method:

For each of the butters (do this separately). Put the nuts in a high speed food processor and process until the nuts are broken down so much they release the oil. A thermomix does a very good job of nut butters.

For the cashew butter, add the lemon rind once the cashew butter has been formed.
