'Protein Banana Bites'
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup of organic rolled oats
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Quest Protein Powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp organic coconut oil
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Mash up the bananas in a separate bowl and add to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and forms a thick mixture. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, evenly spoon out the mixture.
Bake in the oven for approx. 15mins (or until brown)
Makes approx. 14 bites
