'All Body Workout'

This is a resistance based cardiovascular 'full body' workout. It is designed to increase the heart rate to improve cardiovascular fitness, as well as improve muscular strength and endurance. This is a fabulous session that really gets the metabolism firing and the sweat running. Couple these types of workouts with a well balanced diet and you are on one winning formula for good physical health!
STRENGTH: Weights get heavier with each set.
- Bench Press: (12, 10, 8, 6) reps
- Leg Press (12, 10, 8, 6) reps
- Seated Row (12, 10, 8, 6) reps
- Deadlifts (12, 10, 8, 6) reps
SPEED: Complete 2 sets of each exercise.
500m row
15 * bent over rows
5 stair sprints
15 Squats with weights
400m treadmill run
20 Push ups
300m cross trainer
20 crunches
1min plank hold
Finish with 2km on the bike.
