LEGS & GLUTES WORKOUT!
This is an unbelieveable workout that left me absolutely drenched in sweat - Not to mention that less than 24 hours after completing this session, I am left with extremely tender quadriceps and glutes. As time presses on, I find my legs and glutes gradually becoming more painful. So, in summary - If you want toned legs and glutes, give this workout a go!
