Butt Blaster!
Sick of doing the same old leg exercises in the gym?
Now I'm not saying stop doing your squats and deadlifts, as they are vital functional movements and by far the best 'butt builders'. However, here is an exercise you can try which will leave you struggling to sit down for days!
HOW TO DO IT:
- Start with your feet together
- Take a big step out to the side, stick your bum out, chest up, back straight and squat! Ensure to keep the other leg straight.
- Then pull that same leg back into the centre (starting position).
- Repeat this process 10 times/leg
