Eat food for health & happiness!

'I dont usually post selfies like this - but I promise there is a reason. I want to make girls 'aware' that they dont need to starve themselves, follow crazy diets or cut carbs to remain lean. I eat: - Carbs - Protein - Fats - Fruit & veges - Grains & Dairy
I eat a 'balance' of everything & DO NOT cut out any food groups. What I do though is manipulate 'how much' I eat & 'when' I eat it, which depends on my physical requirements. Everyday is different! I do not follow any diet I eat for health, happiness & performance. This is a sustainable 'lifestyle' that works for me, not a short term fad. It's up to you to find what works for your lifestyle. Seeing a dietician is a great way to start.
So that is some food for thought. Find out what it is you want to achieve with your health. Whether it be weight loss, gain, increased performance, maintenance etc. It is up to you to find a relationship with food that WORKS FOR YOU. Everyone is different so what may work for one person may not work for another. Decide what it is you want from life and GO FOR IT!
