- Heavy Leg Extensions: 10 reps

- Heavy box squats: 12 reps

SUPERSET

- Kettle bell swings: 20 reps

4 sets

- Heavy Sumo Squats: 10-12 reps

SUPERSET

- Lying Hamstring curls: 20 reps

4 sets

Leg Press: Feet apart (8 reps), Feet together (8 reps)

SUPERSET

- Dumbbell walking lunges: 30 metres

SUPERSET

- Jump Lunges: 20 reps
