- 7 Snatches
- 10 Kettle bell swings
- 7 Push Press
- 20 Jump Lunges
- 10 Burpees
- 7 Deadlifts
- 20 Tricep push ups
- 400m run OR 4 stair sprints with push up at the top.
*Repeat everything 7 times as fast as you can*
